low back pain thoughts

hello, blog.

last night it was raining heavily. after taking supper and durians, i am going to sleep. by wearing an orange caftan under damn cold weather, i am wearing socks and hug my gemuk.

then i off. zzz

i wake up this morning when my mom call me for subuh prayers. it still raining heavily out side.. suddenly i feels pain at my low back T_T

are there because i am sleeping in a wrong position or am i handling/ holding heavy loads couple of days before?

sigh. until now, i am still having low back pain. me, not like..

T_T
