maximizing effectiveness on human body

again.. the title itself clearly stated that today i love to share useful tips. well, sharing is caring k..

Correct timing to take water, will maximize its effectiveness to Human body:

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

recently there are many stories around us where by peeps living in a not so healthy life style or actually we are already living in those kind of life style.

so.. i encourage you babes.. to start a new healthy life style.

better late than never.. at least when you got this info why dont you slowly try and put a habit on you in a way for better life.

therefore increased numbers of water in daily life and stay live in healthy life..
